The RipCord
As I rise into the air
I have a bird's eye of view,
But i just don't know what should I do?
As I look down at the entire amusement park,
I see a hear people screaming as they go
Upside down zig zag all around on the enormous roller coasters.
With the birds chattering and chirping
And a bee buzzing in my ear,
I get one big butterfly in my stomach
And now i'm flooded with fear,
From up here the sight is quite frightening but I have to face my fears
I can't back down now, because the worker just pulled the lever...
And I was falling down, down, down.
I was screaming and yelling but then my mood changed
And before I knew it I was smiling and
Laughing this was a very good change.
With the wind blowing in my face I could smell the the fresh summer air
It was delightful.
As I swung back and forth it was actually pretty fun,
But it's too bad that it was all done.
But put it this way I wasn't afraid anymore.
Once I got down I ran to my fam with lots of glee
I told them how much fun I had
And thank you for all their generosity.
And I was proud that I had faced my fear and so were they.
