And I'm beginning to fear
The end of an era so dear.
For you see
For people like me
It is the start of a very new year.
One where we would prosper and grow
One where our lives lose their current patterns and flow.
And although I will always remain the same
Those around me will not, and will change
The only flow to continue
Is that of ever changing life.
