The Crunch

October 21, 2016

My fingers touch the curves and crooks
An orange plant  known for good looks

I bring the food up to my tooth
My body flies back to my youth

A crunch is heard throughout the room
My happiness is in full bloom

Again the carrot I will raise
Tis truly an act of great praise

The snap is heard a few times more
Until my teeth have found the core

The carrot is now gone for good
If there are more... I could and would
