A Hidden City

Moonlight sheds upon the ocean waves over the beach,
Cold and salt infected waves,
Thunderous waves rolling on the shore,
Then rolling back into the ocean,
Under the powerful waves lies a city,
A city of powerful current like an empire,
A city of shifting sand like a dessert,
A city of flittering seaweed like a forest storm.
