The truth
"On my honor,
I will never betray my badge,
my integrity, my character,
or the public trust.
I will always have the courage
to hold myself and others
accountable for our actions.
I will always uphold the Constitution,
the community,
and the agency I serve,
so help me God."

People fail to recognize the importance of law enforcement officers.
Some believe all cops will abuse their power and commit acts of police brutality.
Allow me to state with all due respect, that whoever believes this is flat out wrong.
There are crooked cops in this world, no doubt about it.
People fail to see that there are many honorable peace officers as well.
Peace officers that are willing to assist people when they’re in need of it most.
Some believe that police look upon their race, gender, sexuality, age and social class.
They don’t.
