Hi my name is Ashenafi C., but most people call me Asher because they can't pronounce Ashenafi, which kinda drives me nuts but also makes me feel good, because it's not original. The name Ashenafi was given to me by my father in Ethiopia a long time ago. Ashenafi is a powerful name, which means winner, champion or unstoppable. He has given me this name because of my absolute determination and will to keep going at something that I start. I was always on my feet never stopped moving or going, never inside and always challenging myself, because I like to find out what i'm made of and what are my limits or if I even have one. There is no name that could match me or fit me better than Ashenafi, but don't mistake me for cocky tho because I believe in my name, i'm confident not cocky. My name is also my motivation because, I want prove why i'm named that, not just for a random reason. I don't want my name to be a joke or just there because of my father gave it to me. I want to live up to it and show why i'm named Ashenafi and I think of that a lot when i'm doing sports and even when i'm at school.
