My Name
My Name: When most people read my name aloud they most likely pronounce it wrong. They’ll say like the american way David but I’m Spanish so it’s pronounced Davíd (Duh)(veed) it sounds more sophisticated in Spanish but as long as people don’t call me David I’m okay with it. The origins of my name date back to the times in the Bible even before Jesus. I was named after King David of Jerusalem. The backstory on King David is that he had many brothers that were all better and smarter and stronger than him. But when an Army Chief came by his house he asked for David instead of his stronger brothers. So then David was leading the march and then as the story goes Goliath came. The fiercest warrior of all, then came David with just a rock and a cloth swung the cloth with the rock in hit and hit Goliath right in the center of the forehead. Which then made King David the most known person on the face of the earth back then so then he became the King of Jerusalem. So yeah I have a lot to live up to my name for.
