Life is a Storm
Life is a STORM
It starts a pleasureful quiver.
Gentle, composed.
Yet, like a poorly thought-out wish, it grows into
A SEA OF CHAOS
Twisting, turning, never settling, a series of changes
Some for the better,
Some for the worse.
Just when you think it’s over,
WRONG
DENIAL HAS OVERTAKEN YOU
Clouds pour in from all directions, surrounding you, constricting you..
This nightmare will last forever. Your stable, quiet life, gone like a tree in a hurricane.
Then, the storm ends
as quickly as it began.
You can finally pursue the sweet, graceful twilight.

This piece is not meant to apply to any specific person. It is meant to be read by anyone, and the message will apply to them. The main idea is that life is a struggle for everyone, and that we all have our own troubles. The various stages in life (specifically Childhood, Teenage Years, Young Adulthood, Adulthood, and the Elder Years) are all represented by different phases of a storm, with childhood being the calm before a storm, teenage years being when the storm initially breaks, young adulthood being the eye of the storm where everything seems calm, adulthood being the last half of the storm, and the elder years being the period after the storm, once everything has finally settled.
