The Chef’s Dedication

He drops out of school,
and quits a stable job,
To pursue his love: food.
Dedicating a lifetime to make another's meal.
Continuously chopping and cooking.
Ready to serve.
His Early mornings and late nights,
spent in a small kitchen,
with family like coworkers.
It’s not about the money,
because there isn't much.
It’s dedication to his love for food.
