Tempature
Temperature.
Lying on the floor
Watching frozen,
Warm and smiling.
Moms home.
A soft conversation
she leans down,
looks at me with a straight sad face,
a tear on her cheek.
I tap pause,
confused.
She says quietly
“Uncle spike was in a really bad car accident”
Oh no!
I thought,
We’re probably gonna have to go to the hospi...
“He didn't make it”
Everything stopped.
Everything fell dark.
Everything went cold.
