The Beginning
I found the beginning.
“Take me home.” A whisper said.
I would NEVER lead it home.
It never saw the beauty of flowers;
in return neither did I.
Lights had never seen its face.
Until a boy waited and waved.
He tried to help,
and he watched his heart break.
