Her mother, she doesn't stand up for herself.
She doesn't stand up for anybody.
She watches, she listens, she keeps quiet.
She succumbs because there's no other way.
No other way to protect her daughters,
No other way to pretend to be happy.
But she is a fighter.
She puts in enough fight to get through the day.
