so many feelings
When I get angry I start to see red.
Red like fire burning, 500 degrees
I can hear my heart pounding as a hammer does to nails

So that I don’t end up in jail
My hands ball up and I punch walls
My skin is steaming as tears fall
My mouth dries, I need a drink
But I am just too frustrated to think
