From unanswered questions
To those thoughtful human beings
unsettled by my existence;
You’ll find me somewhere
off
the beaten path,
beyond
bordered dreams,
compelled
by my own mystery.
You’ll find me in deep reflection
you’ll find me in simple thoughts
I rest pleasantly in the inability
to ever fully understand.
In your textbooks and in your homework
strategically accompanying the challenging subjects
You’ll find me in your dreams
in the uncertainty of your future
you’ll find me
and one day you won’t fight me
you’ll accept me
and love me.

I believe that there are many ideas in life that cannot be simplified enough for our complete understanding. This may be frustrating if even hours of contemplation and devotion aren't enough to reveal the answer to one's question. As humans, many trust in the idea that if we put our mind to something, it can be achieved. There is a certain feeling of invincibility many individuals have grown up with. The thought that perhaps there may be ideas out there in the word that suggest limits to our knowledge or capability is challenging. I believe that upon coming to this realization one has two options: to fight it or to embrace it. And after wrestling with my own unanswered questions I discovered it is much better to find a way to embrace them.
