Freshman year,

It was fun through all of my classes,

I have learned that it isn’t as hard as Mrs. Turner from Fairfield made it seem.

Freshman year,

It was so far my best year of school in my entire life,

I have been able to express myself through writing in Mr. Evens class,

And somehow gained the nickname “Wormy” from the seniors.

Freshman year,

Is probably the last year I will have at Cumberland Regional,

Even though my mom says there are better schools,

I wish I could stay here,

Because of the friends I’ve met,

And the teachers I’ve had,

They make it worth it.
