summer
Leaves whoosh in between the trees
Air smells sweet as candy
Sun shines bright in the early morning
Roses smell sweet grass is rich and green
She shelters me in her beauty
Like the feeling of the warmth of mother’s love
Smiles down at me with a look of assurance
With arms wide open I scuttle to enjoy her beauty while I can
As if walking in wishful dream
I’ve never felt so free
Time slows down as if to make this moment last forever
But as it began it must end
Darkness flies through the sky and blue times go away
Wind goes still and a big smile on my face I begin to saunter home
With one last look I turn, to wave goodbye to mother nature
