When I Grow Old...
When I Grow Old...
When I was 5 years old, I said,
“When I grow old, I want to be a princess!”
When I was 5 years old, I said,
“When I grow old, I want to be a mechanical engineer.”
When I was 10 years old, I said,
“When I grow old, I want to be a doctor and make big bucks!”
When I was 10 years old, I said,
“When I grow old, I want to be a doctor and make big bucks!”
When I was 15 years old, I said,
“When I grow old, I don’t know what I want to be.”
When I was 15 years old, I said,
“When I grow old, I want to be a mechanical engineer.”
When I was 20 years old, I said,
“When I grow old, I don’t know what my plan is.”
When I was 20 years old, I said,
“When I grow old, I’m going to get an engineering job after graduating from college.”
When I was 30 years old, I said,
“When you grow old, make sure you have a plan for yourself, I didn’t.”
When I was 30 years old, I said,
“When you grow old, have your mind set and don’t procrastinate your life away.”
When I was 60 years old, I said,
“When you grow old, take your dream and run with it. I should’ve.”
When I was 60 years old, I said,
“When you grow old, get a job you love and you’ll never work a day in your life.
Know yourself in the present.
Predict yourself in the future.
Be prepared for what life has to offer.
Take what it has to offer and be.
Don’t procrastinate your whole life.
Live in the now AND prepare for the future.
Those people live the best life.
