I wrote this piece based on my height. I'm only 4'10" and these are all words that I've heard people say to me or about me. My nickname at school, for the people who don't know my actual name, is that Short Girl. I heard a group of students talk about me and that's when I wrote this poem in my creative writing class. This poem is for the tags that stay with people but whether or not they define you is your decision.
