Villanelle : Hideaway
Does it take all day
Today the day is clear
We can be out until the skies turn grey
Just so we can stay
To enjoy the atmosphere
While the winds blow into bay
And the sun shining upon our play
With the light over the flowers
We can be out until the skies turn grey
Just another day
For a day so clear
The ability to stay
So full of joy and cheer
With no sign of fear
We can be out until the skies turn grey
Without a pay
Just us and a year
Does it take all day
We can be out in our hideaway.

Ordinary Poem: School and Life
Going to school everyday is annoying
It’s pretty boring
All day it’s the same ol thang
Same ol stress
With the same ol grades
I wish there was another way of slowing down time
In order to do things for school
Homework every night
Sleeping less than 6 hours
All the rules get tiring
Waking up early just to turn things in
So much for the ordinary
Can’t live life with having all this work
When someone attempts to live life
They’re behind in school
It’s either school or life
How hard can this be

Poem of Choice : Forever
It doesn’t matter how fast things fall
You could try something new for once
Forgetting the wait, knowing it will last forever
To last forever in your mind
Knowing it will forever be in your thoughts
Believing that no mistake was made
Just the memory of forever happening
The forever will be within you
While the you is inside the forever
No matter how fast
Things
Fall
It will be
Forever.
