Anxiety
Anxiety,
I don't know whats going on inside of me,
I'm trying so hard to be,
Something I'm not
For a kid so young,
Emotions all sprung,
Feels like there is no air,
In my lungs
Fear of heights,
Being in the spotlight,
Never being right,
Whats wrong with me?
To struggle with simple tasks,
Facts that people lack,
I'm stuck behine an emotionless masks,
Anxiety
Music turned up really loud,
Fear of being near a crowd,
Sitting in a dark corner on the ground,
Anxiety
Trying to overcome,
I don't know what I've done,
It feels like it's just begun,
Anxiety

I found out that writing helps pull me out of a panic attack. This one I was writing at school when i was very anxious one day. It is okay to have feelings and share or talk about them. Reading about something that relates to anxiety makes me feel not so lonely.
