2/12/13-12/15/15
There are going to be times where it hits you harder than others.
Not so much as times, but days, weeks, sometimes up to a month.
I hurts physically,
Mentally,
You won’t be able to take your mind off of it without the thoughts resurfacing,
Pushing their way back to where they started.
Your heart beats faster when your thoughts clutch the situation again;
It beats to the point of pain.
You will feel your pulse everywhere they touched you.
In your arms,
Where their hands and fingers were placed
While intertwined with yours,
Even in your cheeks
Where their fingers lightly brushed across the pale pink.
While looking deeply into your eyes
As if they were trying to memorize your soul.
It almost feels like butterflies,
but instead of making you smile
it tears you apart.
