Farewell to Manzanar

Living a happy life with friends and family,

everything is alright

until one day when something terrible goes wrong

“The battle of Pearl Harbor”

Japanese families being held to Internment camps,

Living with one another in crowded areas,

hoping to have a better life in the future.

four years later the war has stopped

Many Japanese Americans are freed from the camps,

some are happy and leave, while others are are afraid and have trouble rebuilding their lives
