Change
I relish the thought of any kind of change
I do not comprehend how it can frighten others so.
Life is just a leap we take with no aim
And hope we end up somewhere soft like dough.
Everything is temporary you see;
It changes, and these changes are far and wide.
I’ve learned life changes for everyone, especially me
All we can do with the time we get is bide.
Go to concerts, eat good food, make good friends.
You are not the only one who is making it up as they go along,
And just when you think your leap has come to an end,
It starts back up again like it was meant to, like your favorite song.
