I make others laugh

To hide how I really feel
That deep inside me
Lies a puddle of pain and nothingness
I feel as if no one would care
So I keep acting
Like it doesn’t bother me deeply
I continue with the same routine every day
The same monotonous drone
Encountering people
I could care less to see
Only one person knows of this
Someone I barely know
That person is me
