Favorite
Who is your favorite daughter?
I know you say you love us both the same,
But is that just a game?
Your actions suggest something different,
And I’m not trying to be belligerent,
But what is the truth?
Am I the favorite or am I not?
Am I liked or am I forgot?
Would you want to pick and choose,
You would want me to lose?
I know you will not tell me who your favorite is,
But just between you and I,
Would you please make a list of all your favorites?
