Nobody really understands what depression is,
unless you’ve experienced it yourself. I have, so let me tell you a little bit about it.
It’s a war, a battle against nobody but yourself.
Depression is an ocean, you’re drowning everyday a sea of emotions.
However you’re never saved.
Depression is a thief, it steals everything you once had.
Depression is a zombie, you’re alive but dead.
Basically like the walking dead.
Depression is a murderer, because it kills the person you used to be.
It’s a nightmare because you wake up into hell and you’re afraid of living.
Everything seems too impossible to handle.
Depression is a bottomless pit.
No escape, no light, never ending struggles and pain.
Depression is a war, within yourself.
Either you win or die trying.

A few years ago I had struggled with Depression and eveyone would always tell me that I'm faking it and that they knew what it was like, but nobody really does unless you've expierenced it. So here's a little bit of what it's like.
