I'm done, I'm full.
It's time to stretch.
I lay my tail to the ground,
Lay my ears across my back.
My claws softly poke
The carpet.
My teeth softly chew
My dinner.
Oh, but a sound,
And one ear does rise.
The inside is pale.
And my nose goes back and forth
With the whiskers on my cheeks.
I tilt my head to reach the last pellet in the bowl
For I never leave my dinner.

I wrote this while watching my big black rabbit, Hazel Grace, stretching out on the floor of my room after finishing her dinner. She looked completely content and satisfied.
