A Day Through My Eyes
The sun rises,
as the moon sets,
Children wake,
As the rays shine through their windows,
Parents getting up for work,
Dreading the day to come,
Some wish to stay in bed,
As others go about the day,
Wondering about what is to come,
Children play,
Swinging and running,
As the children run to their parents,
Arms wide open,
They head home,
As the day comes to an end
