I hate the night sky
Don’t get me wrong, it’s gorgeous
I used to spend my time endlessly admiring its elegance
Hell, I don’t even truly have something against the sky itself
It comes down to all the time I’ve invested into it
The thoughts that now float amongst the stars
The love that was once here but is now lost somewhere in infinity
The memories that I’ve made under the moonlight
Everything piled up into a dense fog
This fog clouds my vision of the night
Making it darker with each passing night
The stars lost their luster
My nights have grown much shorter
The sky is falling around me
