clown
  Clown
holes, big enough to be mistaken for
  craters, create irritation
  the memories...
they visit me in the night,
as if the darkness weren't enough
and the voices... they never end!
they remind me of the house constantly
  filled your herbal essence
to speak to someone, who threatens with
     fists
  is a killer clown,
the smile only make the knife
  sharper.
and alcohol only makes the hits
  harder.
  but bear with me
the weed didn’t make you cry,
  I didn’t make you cry
  your F***ed up life did
  your daddy did
  Poor boy,
He beat the brakes off of you, you said
  he broke that Chinese hanger
straight down your pink flesh, you said
     and your Brother
  didn’t you nearly kill him?
  to choose drugs
  over his wife and children
  is messed up, you said
  though bigger than you,
you managed to make him black out
he’ll never do it again, i said
Negotiate. Promise on a promise. Please

But promises are made to be
  broken, mom said
  I promised to stay
  I promised on a promise
  to come back and lay
  with you again
    And
  You Promised to love me.
But Promises are made to be
  broken
