The Scarecrow
Clouds cover the sun
Setting in early for fun
The rain starts to pour
Chilling you down to the core
In the center of the solitude field
A spirit, ghost of a prisoner ready to wield
A hollow scarecrow,
Barely a shadow
The night brings a warning
A dreadful feeling
Now that the spirit is free
A haunting there will be
Time to run faraway
For kill you it may
Don't look back or fall
You might listen to the call
