The Ocean

You smell the fresh air
It's salty and sweet
The wind blows through your hair
And sand squishes at your feet
Running towards the ocean
Wanting to soak in the sea
You see a huge promotion
That is flying for all to see
As your feet touch the cool saltwater
You have a feeling very brief
As if your troubles have gone into the water
It is the feeling of relief
As you crash into a wave
You meet it with great acclaim
And you feel very brave
But at peace just the same
