Manatees are the cutest animals,
Funny, white masses
Bobbing up and down in the waves.
Soft
Shapeless
Lumpy
Doughy creatures
Eyes black and shiny
Flooded with deed
Understanding
How sad it is
To see them washed up on shore
With no light in their eyes
And wires around their necks

I love manatees. They are very smart creatures. I think they definitely weep for the destruction of their homes.
