Dear Mother
Dear Mother,
By the time you're reading this,
I might already be in peace,
But don't you worry please,
As the strain will be the least.
Dear Mother, I never intend to hurt you,
nor to make you cry,
Your love to me will always be true,
No matter where I fly.
Dear Mother,
My feelings were always blue,
Whenever you cut my lines through,
If only you had knew,
I have dreams to pursue.
Dear Mother,
My childhood memories had always been in sorrow,
That I hardly ever think of tomorrow,
And so to keep myself in sane,
I flush it all down the drain.
Dear Mother,
Your beg and plea I do not need,
Your shattered heart I let it bleed,
Because of you, this depression grows,
That is why my heart needs a soul.
