Picked this dry flower from a bush full of beautiful, alive flowers, and three days later, it's dead. It proves that all things, no matter how much alive it used to be, just die and fade away. Even though the flower is dead, it still has traces of what it used to be, such as its yellow petals and green stem. Maybe the flower's traces of life represent our memories and what we used to be, because just when I think my hope in love or life is revived, someone picks it away and makes it die.

My inspiration derives from the realization that there isn't always going to be a happy ending.
