Who is Martin Luther King Jr?
Who is Martin Luther King Jr.?
He was one of the kind people who fought for equality,
He had a dream that all “God’s children-- black men and white men, Jews and Gentiles,”
Will one day join hands and call each other brothers and sisters.
He believed there was hope and salvation,
And that the nation’s wound will be healed,
That every person has the right to live free.
Martin led the marches to freedom,
A beacon of equality shined when Martin spoke words from his heart,
From his mind and soul.
Oh thank you Martin Luther King Junior, for helping us heal our wound,
Thank you,
Thank you.
And for all that you have done that sometimes got your life at risk for us,
To save the lives of millions.
You are a hero that saved us all from violence,
Violence that got us hurt from our own brothers and sisters.
God created us equally, and to find ourselves calling each other family
Not enemy,
Just because we’re different doesn’t mean we are hurting each other,
It doesn’t matter how we look like,
It doesn’t matter how we are like,
It doesn’t matter what our skin color is,
It doesn’t matter what the color of our hair is,
It doesn’t matter!
All that matters is that we are created equal.

This is for Martin Luther King Jr. who inspired me to stand up for others. To speak for those who don't have the courage to speak for themselves becuase of fear.
