The Game
The game has many players,
but never any winners.
The game is a race,
yet their is no prize.
Their is a great number of players,
living in glass houses.
With large green-grassed yards,
each greener than the former.
It is better to be safe than sorry,
the players learned this soon.
So they plan to spread the news with actions,
the loudest way they know.
An abundance of larks fly overhead,
searching for a worm.
It is rough for these birds,
so only the tough ones get going.
This is all a part of one big game.
Ultimately it never gets easier.
To become a better player is the only way,
to live.
