My soul is full of stains
The depths of my gloom are unexplainable
but they are not intentional
I feel like there’s nothing to lose
If you already lost at the game of life
and there’s no one to fix your controller
Show me how to fix a crooked smile that’s been crooked for a while now
As long as the grass grows and the water flows there will always be a pain in my stain filled soul
I feel as if everybody sees the flaws that my broken X and Y chromosomes bring
but nobody sees the happiness deep inside of me
In the winter trees are stripped of their leaves
but everyday I'm stripped of the things that made me happy
I use my words to expose what these powerful woes bestow upon me
What you perceive is not the true me
It’s my stain filled soul shining brightly
