POTENTIAL
From a young age, I loved baseball
I always saw myself as a shortstop
of the Detroit Tigers,
Growing up watching the best
hoping one day that could be me.
I am told I am good, I could go
play in college,
I have the skills for D2 but the size
for D3.
I am not big enough to play on a D1 or
D2 team,
So now the question is Do i want to
play D3.
I don't have much motivation, all that
time and effort just to be on a D3 team.
Is it worth it? I really really don't know.
All I know is I cannot go pro, so maybe
I should just give up on my dream.
A professional baseball player is not the
career for me.
