Depression & Love (Journal Entry #14)
Some may know,
And some may not.
You go through struggles,
And you also enjoy special moments.

Some days are easier than others.
Life can be a rollercoaster,
And it isn’t always easy.

The good days you enjoy being in love,
Being happy and making memories.
Then there are the days when nothing even happened,
But you can’t see the brightside in anything.

You have your own battles you fight everyday,
And you try to push through it.
But the cloud of gloom is all you see,
No sign of light breaking through.

That special person is confused,
He doesn’t know what to say,
Or what is going on.
Did he do something?

Are you unhappy with him?
He has all these questions.
You can’t explain to him that it’s not him,
It’s you. He doesn’t understand and neither do you.

You care so much about him,
But you have problems and issues you can’t explain.
They show more than your feelings do.
It’s the battle you can never seem to win.

Anger
Sadness
Confusion
It follows you around,
EVERYDAY,
EVERYWHERE!
At the end of the day,
you lost.
You couldn’t break through.
That’s what it feels like,
to love someone and be with them,
but fight your depression at the same time.
