among the smog and signs
4 deer wander
i wonder where they go;
who they are
windows reflect hostility
from all
directions
nature's gift to us all
thrust into a land of death
it gives me clarity
do not take what is not
yours to keep
the 4 deer
just metal sheets
mean so much more
