Life..
  An aesthetic journey called Life
Of ups and downs, of highs and lows
Of haunted nights and all the mess hemmed in,
And of those pacific raindrops you danced in.
All about those graceless stumbles and trips
And those elated feats you gripped,
Your backing down and then gallantly getting to your feet
Of those incessant problems that thundered in like freight trains.
Your sovereignty had once stooped to an extent
One more nail in the coffin
And it would have been all curtains,
But you, young warrior, stood like a stalwart
Indoctrinated life, taught her who was more robust.
A world where nothing lasts forever
You feel a victim someday, a conqueror the other
For people enter and exit and play their part on the dais of Life
But you, fellow legionary, go on forever.
Life’s about unleashing stories behind the curtains
For standing long on the proscenium doesn’t befit you
Wear that smile and walk proud in the sun
Go ahead and be a maven of this run.
