Pura Vida
It is said often in Costa Rica,
Literally meaning pure life.
But it’s meaning can take on so much more
it's hard for me to tell you exactly what it means.
“What's up?” “How are you” “welcome”
It can simply mean that I'm happy
Or that life is good
But in costa Rica ,Pura Vida is more than a word
It is a way of life, it is their mantra
Their motto.
Pura Vida is to live simply
but most importantly
to live happy.
