Crying for help is like dying for forgiveness.
Taking its time, but it does not cost a dime.
It's a sense of pride that makes it hard to try.
In the darkness is where I will find my light.
Shining slowly through the black hole I will fight.

All my life I've been searching for something gold.
But all I've received is little dust particles.
I'm nothing without my mind,
I'm nothing without my heart.
It beats back and forth.
It'll never learn to stop.
When it does stop that's when you should be worried.
For the the black hole has given up on making its journey.

The world is waiting for me like snow.
But will the world understand I'm lost in my own imagination.
I've bitten my nails to the bone.
Chewed up my hair for comfort.
The nervous wreck I am, my love will never show.
I'll never feel at home, just a cold chill running through my bones.

I have learned from a young age, loving only causes heartbreak.
I keep my heart locked in a box, hiding it away from reality.
When someone is ready to open that box
all my secrets will come flying out of me.
Smother me with the ugly truth for the beautiful lies will never comfort me.
Make me believe that all along this world was not meant to hurt me.

As for the black hole, the light has finally shined.
Leaving my world at peace with my mind.
Not to soon the black hole will come again.
I'll come back to an old place to meet my old friends.
