About a Palindrome

You’re pretty much me, aren’t you.
I don’t know, maybe that’s conceited to say.
but hey, if you think about it we even have the same name
remember when i told you about the time
when i was maybe six or seven
and i pretended to have a lisp because i wanted one so badly?
I know you think your braces make it worse but i promise
seven year old me would have loved it.
