Frozen Moment in Time
At this moment in time I imagine the pure love of family.
From Virginia, to North Carolina, to Florida,
we're all together now.
At this moment I imagine the pure love a parent has for their child.
Behind the camera they stand, the corners of their mouths stretched from ear to ear,
we're all together now.
At this moment I imagine the feeling of being the oldest cousin.
Although several hours away from each other, they'll always look up to me and adore me,
we're all together now.
At this moment I imagine being the grandmother that helped bring life to these beautiful smiles.
She sits, drops of happiness rolling from her eyes,
we're all together now.
At this moment I imagine what it feels like to take something for granted, but have no idea about it.
Although we didn't know it would be the last time,
we're all together now.
