when I was a three,
we had a swing
it wasn't anything special,
just a plank, some rope
and a tree
but now that swing,
is on T.V.

mom told me,
a man was sad,
she said he wanted,
to do something bad,
she said he hung himself,
so he could feel good,
she said he felt too sad

I think daddy's sad, too
he has a bottle,
mom says its his special soda
it makes him feel good,
but makes mom feel bad
he punches her, after he drinks it
I don't like when she cries

I'm older now, thinking again
I know what the soda is,
and I think it tastes good
I know what the swing man did too,
and it seems to be the best answer
I think maybe I'll get my own swing too,
right after this soda
