I Told My Brother

I told my brother our TV was broken
And he believed me
I told my brother that he ate a rotten orange
And he believed me
I told my brother he had a flat tire
And he believed me
I told my brother our dog died
And he believed me
I told my brother he didn’t get into college
And he believed me
I told my brother our parents were getting divorced
And he believed me
I told my brother I was choking on my green beans
And he let me die.
