Who am I ?

A girl dared to be different born into a world where nobody cares , where i am judged by the color of my skin but not the beauty within,
where i’m scared of who i could be but more proud of who i’ve become, and NO i won’t let you get me down or see me wearing a frown i wanna be that girl seen wearing a golden crown
but that’s a lie because my whole life is untrue , when i was four daddy left and little me had no clue
Left me and my brother , raised by my one and only mother she strived to do her best and that i can see because without her i couldn’t be me.

Who am i ?

..... because of the color of my skin i’m considered as a nobody
someone who isn’t believed to make it in the real world,  they say we have no future of being anything but who are they to blame for putting us and our race to shame and throwing dirt on our name.

........ Someone who’s afraid of following her own dreams or being who she really wants to be, my heart's full of fire but with a open mind and hard work i can aspire, and finally be ME!
