You will never know how the image of you clicking your pen in anxiousness,
Or the image of your eyebrows crinkling in confusion,
Or the image of your hands rubbing your face in frustration
fills my mind constantly as days go by.

Oh how I wish I could ease your anxiousness,
Cure your confusion.
And end your frustration.

The notion that you could ever feel the same way about me
Forever haunts my thoughts.

But you will never know.
For it will be tucked away,
in the deepest, darkest corner of my mind.
